- Shipping days: To prevent fresh products from being held in courier depots over the weekend, we only ship perishable goods from Monday to Wednesday
- Automatic notification: As soon as your order is entrusted to the express courier, you will receive an automatic email notification containing the tracking code (Tracking Number).
- Real-time monitoring: By clicking on the link in the email, you can check the delivery status and find out the exact day your package will arrive at your home.

For free shipping to be applicable, only the weights of Cured Meats and Cheeses are counted. The weights of the following items are strictly excluded from the calculation:

If mixed products are in the cart, shipping costs will only be zeroed out if the combined weight of cured meats and cheeses alone exceeds the 6 kg threshold.
- Phone Contact: A member of our staff will contact the customer directly via the phone number provided during the purchase to inform them promptly.
- Customer Options: Together, we will agree on the preferred solution among: waiting for the product to become available again, replacing it with another of equivalent or higher value, or receiving an immediate refund for the missing item.
- No Response: If the customer does not respond within [e.g., 24/48 hours], in order not to delay the shipment of the remaining fresh products in the cart, we will automatically refund the missing product and ship the rest of the order.
- Customs duties: If you reside in a country outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland, Japan), any import taxes, local VAT, or customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested directly by the courier, even if the order benefits from free shipping over 6 kg. - Checks and blocks: It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their country's customs allows the import of cured meats and cheeses from Italy. We will not issue refunds for goods blocked, rejected, or destroyed by local customs authorities. [1]
- Signature requirement: All our shipments are made with a strict requirement for a signature upon delivery by the recipient or their delegate.
- Loss of insurance: Should the customer use online courier services (e.g., DHL On Demand Delivery, BRT Flex Delivery, etc.) to authorize a delivery without signature (leaving the package unattended in the garden, on the landing, etc.), any form of insurance or right to complaint immediately lapses. Our delicatessen will not be liable in any way for theft, loss, or deterioration of fresh products in these specific cases.
- Collection with own courier (Freight Collect): If you wish to arrange shipping independently using your trusted courier, contact us before completing your purchase via email at marcosugecosanlorenzo@gmail.com or by phone at 3356272863. We will remove the shipping costs from the website and provide you with the package details. From the moment the package leaves our warehouse, responsibility for transportation passes entirely to the carrier you have appointed.
- Check package integrity: Check that the box is not wet, damaged, or open.
- Sign with Reservation: If you notice even minimal damage to the box, sign the courier's receipt adding the phrase "Accepted with reservation for damaged package inspection".

When will you ship my order?
To guarantee the maximum freshness of the products you purchase, we have chosen to entrust all orders to our logistics partner from Monday to Wednesday, to prevent the package from remaining in warehouses over the weekend. - When will I receive my order? . In Italy, your purchase will generally be delivered within 24/48 hours from delivery to the courier. In remote areas, shipments may experience delays. In Europe and the United States, your purchase will generally be delivered within 5 days from delivery to the courier. Don't worry about product freshness: thanks to our vacuum packaging, the products will maintain their quality and organoleptic characteristics unchanged for a long time.
- Can the package be delayed? During holidays/strikes/shipper closures, we cannot guarantee delivery as we cannot do anything to prevent it. If you do not receive the package within the expected time, you can send an email to make arrangements with the owner.

Why might the actual weight of the product vary slightly from the ordered weight?
Our cured meats are artisanal products, hand-cut and aged, not industrially pressed pieces. For this reason, the actual weight of a whole cured meat or a cut can vary by +/- 10% compared to the theoretical weight indicated on the website. Rest assured: we always try to balance the weights in the total order in your favor.

Shipping to Italy : Delivery times vary depending on the destination area from 24 to 72 hours from the time of collection from the warehouse.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE AND OUTSIDE THE EU: calculated at the time of order based on weight.
ORDER PROCESSING : we will process your order within 1 working day of receiving payment, within the limits of stock availability. In the event that one or more items are not immediately available, we will notify you immediately and agree with you on the possibility of partial shipment.

Right of withdrawal
Since we primarily deal with food specialties, we apply current Italian regulations (Article 59 of the Consumer Code) to ensure maximum hygienic and sanitary safety and product freshness.

1. Products EXCLUDED from the Right of Withdrawal (Non-returnable and non-refundable)
For hygienic and health protection reasons, Italian law does not allow the right of withdrawal for goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. [1, 2, 3]

Cured meats (sliced, whole, or in pieces)

2. Products SUBJECT to the Right of Withdrawal (Returnable)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the products.
In our store, WITHDRAWAL IS ALLOWED exclusively for the following long-life or non-food items:
Condiments and Preserves: Oil, vinegar, honey, jams, sun-dried tomatoes, mustards, ragouts, pâtés, pesto...
Dry products: Pici (pasta), cantucci, and biscuits.
Accessories: Cheese boards and gift items.
Mandatory conditions for accepting returns:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products listed above must be returned in the following conditions:[1]
Sealed and intact: Packaging, jars, bottles, or bags must not have been opened, unglued, tampered with, or damaged.
Original condition: Cheese boards and non-food accessories must be perfectly intact, clean, unused, and placed in their original packaging.
3. How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal and Shipping Costs
If you wish to return one of the eligible products (Point 2), follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

Costs borne by the customer: All shipping costs for returning products are solely borne by the customer. Packages sent at the recipient's expense or cash on delivery will not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with delivery receipt, as responsibility for the goods until their arrival at our warehouse remains yours. [1]
Initial shipping costs: Please note that the costs of the initial shipment (the one incurred to receive the order at home) are not refundable.
4. Refund Times and Methods
Once we receive the package, we will verify the integrity of the products eligible for return. If the check is successful, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days from the moment we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
Summary of the economic costs of returns:
What we refund: Exclusively the value of the individual eligible products (Point 2) that you have returned intact.
What we do NOT refund: Cured meats, cheeses, the costs of the initial order delivery shipment, and the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Your protection is our priority. If a product (including cured meats and cheeses) arrives damaged due to transport, altered, or not corresponding to what was ordered:
Do not discard the product or packaging.
Immediately take a photograph of the damaged product and package.
Contact us within 24/48 hours of delivery at marcosugecosanlorenzo@gmail.
In case of verified responsibility on our part, we will replace the product or refund the corresponding amount at our expense, without any additional shipping costs for you (in this specific case, the replacement will not cost you anything).
