Salami from semi-wild grey pigs

Made according to traditional Tuscan recipes handed down from generation to generation, this salami is made with lean meats of the highest quality, obtained from shoulders, scamerite, ham trimmings and other fine cuts. Our pigs are raised in a semi-wild state on selected Tuscan farms, thus guaranteeing a genuine and tasty product.
