A true excellence of Tuscan pig farming, Cinta Senese is a breed with ancient origins, already depicted in the frescoes of the Palazzo Pubblico in Siena.
Only cuts from animals that live in the wild, feeding freely on berries, cereals, and wild fruits, obtain the prestigious "D.O.P" certification, according to regulations that enhance the characteristics of the breed and include strict breeding conditions, to offer a unique product with ancient flavors.
