Ingredients: pork, salt, summer truffle 2% (tuber aestivum vitt), wine, dextrose, sucrose, spices, flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite). Inedible casing.

Storage: once opened it can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 50 days
