Sweet provolone

Semi-hard sweet stretched curd cheese obtained with the use of calf and/or lamb rennet from pasteurized cow's milk, with natural fermentation acidity and a short maturation period.

Ingredients: milk, salt, rennet. Surface preservatives: E202, E203, E235.
Inedible rind.
