Pecorino winemaker

After a maturation of 60/90 days, the Monnalisa Vignaiolo is covered with must.
Thanks to this special technique, the cheese will remain soft and elastic, and through subsequent maturation it will acquire flavor and aromas.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet. Surface treated with red wine. Preservatives: E235-E202
