This Pecorino, aged in walnut leaves, with a sweet and strong flavour, has an intense and irresistible aroma.
Made following traditional methods, it is aged for 30 to 60 days at low temperatures.
It is excellent on its own, or accompanied with a drizzle of honey or a fruit compote.
This Pecorino is the result of the cheese-making tradition of Siena, which has been producing high-quality cured meats and cheeses for over 70 years.
Its strong yet sweet and aromatic taste makes it excellent to enjoy with honey and jams.


Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202 and walnut leaves. Inedible rind.

Shelf life: approximately 5 months, store the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic, without paper, and preferably consume within three months.
