In the months from March to June, when the milk is more aromatic and the pastures more fragrant, Fortescuro Salcis is prepared. A pecorino with character, as the name itself suggests.
Fortescuro Salcis is not just any cheese. You won't find it everywhere. It is a vintage pecorino. It is produced in a few forms, all numbered and matures for at least six months.
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet. Surface treated with preservatives E202, E235 and coloring E153. Inedible rind
Shelf life: 4 months in the refrigerator
Storage: keep the package in the refrigerator, without paper, without plastic, in an airtight cheese box and consume within 4 months of packaging.
