Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, chives (min. 0.5%), rennet. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202. Inedible rind.

Expiration: approximately 5 months, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic, without paper and preferably consume within three months
