Pecorino Stagionato in Grotta Val d’Orcia Pienza is made with pasteurized sheep's milk. It is kept for about 20 days in cold storage and then transferred to a cave, carved into tuff, for 5/6 months, where it completes its natural maturation.
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, selected lactic ferments, sunflower oil on the rind. Inedible rind. Milk origin: EU
Storage: keep the package in the refrigerator, without paper, without plastic, in an airtight cheese box and consume within 4 months of packaging.
