The flavor of this cheese melds with that of the truffle, creating an irresistible aroma and taste. It is made with fresh, pasteurized sheep's milk, processed using traditional methods and enriched with selected starter cultures.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt) min. 1%, salt, rennet, flavoring. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202. The rind is inedible.
Expiry: approximately 5 months, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: Once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic or paper, and consume preferably within three months.
