This honey is never standard because it contains varieties and quantities of different flowers.
Flavour : enveloping and diversified (from sweet to floral) depending on the area and harvest period.
Perfume : full and varied aroma.
Consistency : usually liquid, tending to crystallize.

Pairings:

• excellent with soft cheeses such as fontina, taleggio, brie and goat's cheese
• served on ice cream and panna cotta
• paired with fruit and fruit salad
