Beneath this white silky surface, there is a sweet, delicate taste balanced with the soft texture of truffle cheese.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) min. 1%, salt, rennet, flavouring, ferments, pennicillum candidum.
