Matured soft goat's cheese with washed rind. Inspired by the Munster tradition, with which it shares creaminess and intense aroma, it however has an ingredient that makes it unique: raw beer! Added to the milk before curdling, it gives a unique, slightly bitter taste to the finish of the cheese during the maturing phase. Furthermore, after about a month, the brewer's yeasts begin to react abundantly with the cheese paste, causing it to cream in a short time.
