The seasoned Culatta, a cured meat made from the finest parts of raw ham. It is obtained from the leg of an adult pig, raised and fed rigorously; the meat is processed according to ancient methodologies handed down with care for generations: from cutting, to salting, to maturing which makes it a unique and delicious cured meat.
The matured breech, with a delicate and sweet flavour, and a bright red colour, is a highly digestible, genuine food, suitable for all diets.
Even today, in the old taverns of the Lower Parma area, it is tradition to serve the seasoned culatta with curls of soft butter, homemade bread and a typical Lambrusco.

Expiration: 30 days, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, consume within 3-4 days.
