Goat's Caciottona aged with pepper and extra virgin olive oil is a unique goat's cheese, in which the distinct flavor of pepper blends perfectly with the pleasant spiciness of goat's cheese.
This caciotta is massaged with an intense and fragrant extra virgin olive oil and then flavored with Tellicherry black pepper from Vietnam: this choice is no coincidence, as this cheese is Latteria Perenzin's tribute to this very location—one of the most remote—on the Silk Road. It's perfect enjoyed on its own, on a charcuterie and cheese platter, or as a base for an original cacio e pepe.
