Cacio di Fogliano is a particular raw milk pecorino cheese which is produced only with milk coming from the Fogliano sheepfold. Processing with raw milk maintains the extraordinary organoleptic properties that only the highest quality milk can provide.
It is excellent alone, or accompanied with a drizzle of honey or a fruit compote.
Ingredients: sheep's milk, salt, rennet. inedible rind.
Allergens: milk and derivatives.
Shelf life: 4 months in the refrigerator
Storage: keep the package in the refrigerator, without paper, without plastic, in an airtight cheese box and consume within 4 months of packaging.
