Pecorino reserve made from raw Siena milk

Ingredients: sheep's milk, salt, rennet. Treated on the surface with olive oil and/or tomato paste and preservatives E235, E202. Rind not edible. Origin of the milk: Italy.

• Products cut / portioned by us: They are sliced and vacuum-packed in our laboratory. Despite compliance with HACCP hygiene procedures, due to cross-contamination at the counter they may contain traces of all 14 allergens (EU Reg. 1169/2011) (gluten, milk, nuts, mustard, eggs, celery, soy, sesame, peanuts, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, lupin).

In case of severe allergies or coeliac disease, purchasing products portioned at the counter is not recommended.
