Pecorino with Siena truffle

The flavor of this cheese blends with that of truffles, creating an irresistible aroma and taste. It is made from fresh pasteurized sheep's milk processed using traditional methods, with the addition of selected ferments.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) min. 1%, salt, rennet, aroma. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202. Non-edible rind.

Expiration: 4 months in the refrigerator

Storage: keep the package in the refrigerator, without paper or plastic, in an airtight cheese box and consume within 4 months of packaging.
