Mini Pecorino with Siena truffle

The flavor of this cheese blends with that of the truffle creating an irresistible aroma and taste. It is obtained with fresh pasteurized sheep's milk processed using traditional methods and the addition of selected ferments.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) min. 1%, salt, rennet, flavouring. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202. Inedible rind.

Expiration: approximately 5 months, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic, without paper and preferably consume within three months.
