Pecorino with chilli pepper

The flavor of the cheese blends with that of the chili pepper, creating a surprising aroma and taste.
It is obtained with fresh pasteurized sheep's milk processed using traditional methods with the addition of selected ferments.
Special for the preparation of appetizers, to embellish salads, to fill focaccias, on bruschetta or simply enjoyed at the table with a good glass of red wine.

Expiration: approximately 5 months, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic, without paper and preferably consume within three months.
