It is made with fresh pasteurized sheep's milk processed with traditional methods and selected ferments.
Special for preparing appetizers, for enhancing salads, for filling focaccia, on bruschetta, or simply enjoyed at the table with a good glass of red wine.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, crushed chili pepper (min 0.5%), salt, rennet. Surface treated with preservatives: E235, E202.

Shelf life: approximately 5 months, store the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: Once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic or paper, and preferably consume within three months.
