Spicy and slightly hot flavours make it a Parmigiano that is immediately recognisable to the palate. It can be used as a condiment to flavour dishes or accompany an unrivalled tasting. This cheese has a slightly toasted aftertaste, tending towards bitter and therefore ideal for tasting. It is easily digestible and naturally lactose-free.
