Cutting cheese with light yellow paste, irregular holes, slightly crumbly consistency. Milky, delicately aromatic flavour. Naturally lactose-free cheese. NON-EDIBLE CRUST.

Ingredients: pasteurized MILK from Alto Adige, ferments, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (EGGS). Treated in rind with preservative: natamycin and coloring: E150d.
