Mustard made artisanally with only mustard, sugar, and the finest candied fruit according to ancient Cremona tradition.
Excellent with boiled meats. Try it with aged cheeses too.
Ingredients: Mixed fruits in varying proportions (apricots, peaches, mandarins, cherries, plums, pears, figs, pumpkin, citron, melon), sugar, glucose syrup, mustard flavoring . Coloring: erythrosine. Preservatives: potassium sorbate, sulfur dioxide (as residue).
