Montasio DOP

Montasio Dop cheese has a delicate, sweet and pleasant taste and pleasantly recalls the milk with which it is produced; the scent is delicate and slightly herbaceous.

Ingredients: thermised milk, salt, calf rennet. Inedible rind.
