Pecorino with pistachio

Monnalisa Pistacchio is a cheese obtained with fresh pasteurized sheep's milk, processed using traditional methods with the addition of selected ferments.
It is a sweet pecorino, with a delicate flavour, flavored with pistachios.

Expiration: approximately 5 months, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic, without paper and preferably consume within three months.
