Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, chilli pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, rennet. Surface treated with preservatives: E235, E202 and olive oil. Inedible rind.

Expiration: approximately 5 months, keep the package in the refrigerator.
Storage: once opened, keep in an airtight cheese box, without plastic, without paper and preferably consume within three months
