Mini blue pear and clementine 300g

The Mini Blu Pera e Clementina is a mild and delicate blue cheese, made with mountain milk.
It is aged in grape leaves and on the flat side cubes of pear and a whole clementine are placed. 
The sweetness of the fruit blends and enhances the aromas of the blue cheese.
A creation to give life to new tastes and different ways of enjoying cheese, a journey to discover new and stimulating pairings that are visually appealing and engaging.
The paste is soft, compact and melt-in-the-mouth, with a mild, pleasant, and delicate flavor.

Ingredients: Cheese (PASTEURIZED MILK, salt, lactic and ripening cultures), candied pear cubes 5% (pears 49%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, flavoring), whole candied clementines 2% (clementines 49%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, preservative: SULPHUR DIOXIDE E220 (as a residue). Wrapped in grape leaves.
