Mini Blue Cherries & Black Cherries 300g

The Mini Blue with Chocolate-Covered Cherries and Morello Cherries is a sweet and delicate blue cheese, made with mountain milk.
It is aged in grape leaves and on the flat side Chocolate-Covered Cherries and Morello Cherries are arranged.
The sweetness of the fruit and chocolate blends with and enhances the aromas of the blue cheese.
A creation designed to give rise to new tastes and different ways of enjoying cheese, a journey of discovery of new pairings that are visually appealing and engaging. 
The paste is soft, compact, and melt-in-the-mouth, with a sweet, pleasant, and delicate flavor.

Ingredients: Cheese (PASTEURISED MILK, salt, lactic and ripening cultures), candied cherries (cherries 49%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202, colouring: E127, preservative: E220 as a residue), chocolate-covered morello cherries (candied morello cherries 46% (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated morello cherry juice 5%, acidity regulator: E330, colouring: E163, flavourings, preservative: E220 as a residue), dark chocolate 53% (sucrose, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavouring), gum arabic, coating agent: shellac and vegetable coconut oil). Wrapped in grape leaves.
