Piedmont chestnut honey 250g

The chestnut honey from the R'era 'd Minot farm has a strong, dark color with reddish hues. Upon opening, the scent is very aromatic with notes of dried chamomile, the consistency is liquid and lasts for a long time. The flavor is strong and bitter, with notes of wood, wet tobacco and cocoa bean.
Chestnut honey is a precious source of proteins and is excellent enjoyed for breakfast on a slice of toasted bread or even in combination with mature cheeses such as Raschera DOP, Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano and even fresh dairy products such as yogurt and ricotta.
