Marzolino of Siena

Marzolino is excellent on its own to savor the freshness of milk, try it with seasonal vegetables such as fresh broad beans and raw vegetables. Excellent ingredient for enriching spring salads. Try it with a fresh white wine or a light red to savor all its freshness.
