Among the cheeses with holes, Maasdammer is one of the most appreciated, because it has a uniform and delicate taste, which goes perfectly with many other ingredients and, above all, even the little ones like it. It is a hard cheese, quite similar in texture and taste to Swiss ones. The eye-catching eyes and the slightly fruity aroma are produced in a completely natural way. Since it is a cheese with a soft consistency, its flavor is enhanced more in fondues, toasts and also as an addition to Chianina burgers. It has a sweet taste and an elastic consistency, which makes it perfect both as part of a more elaborate cutting board and in baked recipes.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet. Coating agent: plastic with colorant E160b and preservative E235.
