Beneath this silky white surface lies a sweet, delicate flavor balanced by the smooth texture of truffle cheese.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt) min. 1%, salt, rennet, flavoring, enzymes, pennicillum candidum.
