Piedmont fig extra jam 200g

The bone fig is an ancient Piedmontese variety. The fruit is black with red pulp. The nickname "from the bone" is due to a hardening of the internal peel, which, by rolling up on itself, forms a kind of stone. Naturally rich in pectin, it makes the jam dense and compact. It also contains the peel and internal grains, so as to maintain the taste of the fruit as in nature.

Excellent to accompany meats. Perfect with cheeses and nuts.
