Truffled cow's milk Camembert

Creamy bloomy-rind cow's milk cheese, filled with black truffle.  
It is produced in the Langhe with 100% Piedmont milk.      It is a mild and creamy cheese, the truffle makes the taste intense and harmonious, rich in woodland aromas. 
The essence of the Langhe enclosed in a harmony of flavors and aromas.
Packaged in a convenient cardboard tray to best preserve the cheese.

• Cut / loose products portioned by us: They are sliced and vacuum-packed in our laboratory. Despite compliance with HACCP hygiene procedures, due to cross-contamination at the counter they may contain traces of all 14 allergens (EU Reg. 1169/2011) (gluten, milk, nuts, mustard, eggs, celery, soy, sesame, peanuts, sulfites, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, lupin).

In case of severe allergies or celiac disease, purchasing products portioned at the counter is not recommended.
