Semi-hard stretched curd cheese, produced with cow's milk with natural fermentation acidity and kid rennet paste.
With a rich and unmistakable flavour, it has a compact consistency interspersed with small cracks and eyes. Ideal for seasoning pizzas and focaccias, it can be used for first courses, salads or to prepare tasty appetizers.
Ingredients: cow's milk, salt, rennet.
