Certaldo onion salami

Certaldo onion salami is entirely produced with lean pork from the Tuscan supply chain, combined with finely ground fat and mixed with salt, herbs and pepper. It is enriched by the exclusive taste of the Certaldo onion, a red onion with a sweet taste, which gives the salami a delicate taste, but with a strong personality.
