Stuffed sheep

Elegant aroma, strong but refined flavour, it leaves a full aftertaste on the palate, which is given to it thanks to the "grana-type" processing using pure sheep's milk without it being skimmed. The long maturation gives the straw-yellow paste a slightly grainy consistency.
Recommended pairing with still red wines.

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized sheep's MILK, rennet, salt, lactic ferments.
